The first picture was before I even started my fitness journey - that started in July 2016. The second picture is actually about 10lbs higher than my lowest weight, and my goal for this year is to shed those pesky last pounds.
I can’t even describe how much better I feel. I’m less anxious and depressed. I’m confident and strong. I no longer get winded walking up just one flight of stairs. I smile more. It’s changed my life.
It’s fucking hard - but it’s worth it. Consistency and dedication is all you need. No crazy diets, no ridiculous fitness regime, no diet pills or supplements. Just clean food in the correct amount, and a little movement.
If you’re thinking about starting: do the thing. Get out there and slay this new year. 🤟🏻
Just starting out on my journey health, wellbeing, and fitness. I currently weigh 120kg and am looking to lose half my body weight healthily. I started this blog to keep myself accountable and to get some motivation. Looking to share my journey with like minded people.
